Upon project completion, PCG manages all contractual close outs, obtains Final Waiver of Liens, assembles equipment operational manuals and works with the filing/expediting consultant to obtain final building department and fire department approvals. The vacated space may also require final cleaning and removal of any old furniture and equipment. This is coordinated with the move out to avoid any lease penalties.
