About Our Company

Project Control Group – A collaboration of client-oriented professionals dedicated to providing proactive project management support to a broad spectrum of clients.

Established in 1991, our firm has successfully managed assignments that include over five million square feet of commercial tenant renovation/relocation projects, new construction and existing gut/rehab development projects, historic property/landmark renovations and existing residential renovation projects. We are also the only project management firm in New York City to ever manage the construction of an amusement park. The 3.3 acre site in Coney Island called Luna Park is one of our many proud accomplishments.

The key to our success has been to limit the number of projects we manage at any one time. By following this process we can spend as much time as necessary to support our active clients. To provide a strong communication protocol, each client is assigned a two-person project management team with the president of the firm as lead project manager. This brings a professional with over forty years of experience into the project mainstream on a daily basis.
