Value Engineering

Value engineering is then performed to establish a least-cost approach to construction implementation. This technique includes a detailed review of the proposed program, involving specified construction methodologies and materials. Through an informational exchange with the architect, engineer and peripheral consultants, our collective experiences as facilities department project managers and construction management professionals are used to promote a team effort in developing cost-saving directions in design. This initiative is utilized in all related project scopes of work including lease review/analysis, construction, technology, security, physical relocation and furniture procurement.
