Interior/Exterior Renovation/Upgrade 111 Kent Avenue

This multifaceted project includes a complete facade restoration, garage resurfacing and upgrade, interior corrior and elevator lobby upgrade for its eight floor/62 apartment complex, main lobby upgrade, redesign of second floor interior tenant terrace, rooftop deck redesign and renovation of the facility's three amentiry spaces - lounge, fitness center and yoga room.
655 Sixth Avenue Condominium
Facade Restoration of Historic Landmark 655 Sixth Avenue

In 2014, after the sudden partial collapse of the south facade, Project Control Group managed the exterior restoration of this historic landmark residential property. The installation of structural steel reinforcement and replacement of over 20,000 new bricks were implemented in conjunction with oversight by the NYC Department of Buildings and Landmarks Preservation Commission. In 2016, Project Control Group has been retained again to continue the exterior renovation, managing the recoating of the balance of the facility's elevations. The work in this occupied luxury building will require extensive coordination, as one portion of the property is common to a neighboring cemetery.

Community Center Infrastructure Upgrade 9502 Seaview Avenue

This vibrant community facility provides a broad range of services to the Canarsie, Brooklyn community. While remaining in full operation, Project Control Group is managing the replacement of 260 windows, all rooftop mechanical equipment, new building-wide fire alarm system, newly renovated gymnasium and the addition of a multi-purpose classroom. Much of the work will be executed in the evening to avoid impact to the pre-school, special needs children classes, senior citizen support areas and pool and gym sports programs. The majority of funding is through a NYCEDC grant, and financial reporting and coordination with that agency is pivotal to the success of the project.

Acxiom Corporation
Commercial Tenant Interion renovation 114 Fifth Avenue             22,000 sf
In 2015, Project Control Group was retained to manage the construction and relocation of Acxiom Corporation's New York office to 114 Fifth Avenue into a highly designed facility. In 2016, Acxiom management retained Project Control Group to manage further refinements to the facility, including workstation conversion/densification and added functionality. Working with the original design and general contracting team, the space will be completed by the end of second quarter, 2016.
